I am having trouble with a very slow audio and video. The sound is slow and the video tears. I have tried most of the video filters and nothing seems to work, Direct 3D 9 does not work either.

AGDI is releasing KQ3 Redux tonight, so I doubt anyone pays much attention to your post. But I think the best you could do is not using any filters at all, that would run the game the fastest.
